Mixture of aromatic herbs without salt for Creek Saganaki
Contains: Oregano, parsley, thyme
Recipe: Cut the feta in to small chunks and place a slice of tomato on top.
Then coat with olive oil “El-αιώνας” and the mixed spices.
Wrap tightly altogether in aluminum foil and bake in an oven at 200 oC for 20 minutes.
Use the mixture in feta cheese with “El- αιώνας” olive oil, accompany it with: fried potatoes or oily food or add the feta cheese to tomato salad.
